Walnut Grove

We did not wake up as early as last time and boy could we sure notice. There were a lot more tourist up and around. We got a nice drive and look at the Badland hills once more and a few views in that we skipped last time. We ate breakfast at the lodge and headed east across South Dakota. We stopped at Walnut Grove to pay homage to one of my childhood influences; Little House on the Prairie. Though there is not much there, we got to get in free, since it was ½ an hour before it closed. We continued the drive to Minneapolis and spent the night there.
