Opening The Jabberwock

Today was the opening reception of our gallery, The Jabberwock. It was a fun and busy day. We set up the prints with Katelyn and cleaned the gallery and lit everything. Jojo did a great job cleaning. People came and went and we had good conversations with visitors. It was a real pleasure to get to meet some of the young creative people in Algoma, such as Brian Simons and Melissa G.. I feel like people consider us legit now and respect what we’re trying to do. Jojo really likes living in Algoma now that she has met some interesting people and appreciates the small town atmosphere as well as the beautiful landscape. We all convened at Hotel Stebbins after the night and talked with people and are getting in with the Algoma scene.
